The "Second International Watercolor Festival Per le Venezie" is a global watercolor art event jointly initiated and hosted by Associazione Culturale per gli Scambi Artistici and Shengxinyu Art, with the patronage of the Treviso City Hall in Italy and the support of Shanghai International Culture and Art Exchange Association. The event also received generous support in China from the renowned art brand "Rubens" art supplies.
